Conduct a constructive evaluation interview

Equip participants with techniques that allow them to:

·  to situate the practice of the appraisal interview in the context of operational management

·  acquire a methodology to effectively conduct the interview

·  to be more effective in their interpersonal communication in order to maintain a constructive and positive relationship.

 

Operational management

It is a question of providing participants with elements of reflection on their role as manager and their mission as manager. They will also have the opportunity to acquire and train in the practice of management tools adapted to their daily lives.

 

Better define and/or update its service procedures

Give the keys to help employees better understand the interest (for customers, for their company, and also for them!) to have service procedures. To know them, to master them, to update them. Use it as a management and integration tool for new employees in order to improve the quality of service and make it more consistent

 

Successful communication in your department

It is a question of providing participants with elements of reflection on the need to communicate, and to provide them with the keys to effective communication. They will also have the opportunity to acquire and practice the different forms of communication adapted to their daily lives.

It is a question of providing participants with elements of reflection on the practice of delegation in the context of the management of their teams and on the benefits for their employees and themselves. They will be able to acquire the methodology to set up and monitor their delegation. They will also have the opportunity to practice communication tools adapted to their daily lives.

 

Conduct an effective meeting

What participants will learn:

·  the differences between meeting and briefing and how to implement them

·  prepare for a meeting and briefing effectively

·  to facilitate a meeting and a briefing to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
