It is a question of providing participants with elements of reflection on their role as manager and their mission as manager. They will also have the opportunity to acquire and train in the practice of management tools adapted to their daily lives.

Give the keys to help employees better understand the interest (for customers, for their company, and also for them!) to have service procedures. To know them, to master them, to update them. Competency assessment exams are organized at the end of the training, following the procedures defined in our general certification regulations (available upon request): role-playing scenarios and case studies. A certification jury grants the RS6175 certification.
