I was born into a family of hoteliers, and am the 5th generation. After formative experiences in hotels and restaurants, I operated the Hotel du Golf de Valescure for more than 15 years with my wife, Florence.
Our pride comes from a customer retention rate from 50% to 85%, the very low turnover of our teams, as well as an excellent fill rate and average price.
Over the years and through my strong investment in hospitality and tourism organizations, I have developed my trademark, the Quality commitment.
I participated in the creation of the HotelCERT Quality Approach as a member of the permanent Hospitality Office of the UMIH and ensured its implementation as President of the Tourism Commission of cci of the VAR.
I continued to enrich this Quality approach within the Group of "Quality Progress of Castles and Hotels of France" and as National Administrator in charge of Quality Control of BEST-WESTERN Hotels.
For more than 15 years now, I have been supporting my clients to increase their level of requirement and give them the keys to achieve their quality and growth objectives.
As on the first day, this job fascinates me and makes me proud, and I have a heart to share what drives me with each manager or collaborator I accompany.

After studying tourism, I worked for about ten years for a hotel chain, from the positions of receptionist, director of their reservation center and hotel manager.
Passionate about this sector, it is quite naturally that I decided to join Bruno to operate with him the Hotel du Golf de Valescure.
For 15 years, we had the chance to co-run the hotel together. Thanks to our complementarity, we have managed to raise the level of quality of the Hotel, as evidenced by the great loyalty of our customers and our teams.
I was in particular responsible for the reception of customers, the reception, the interior decoration of the Hotel and the administrative management.
We then decided to create together BP Consulting and then SAS Percepied Conseil, our consulting structures in Hospitality and Tourism.
I now provide logistics and administration, I carry out service audits and I lead with Bruno the "Customer Relations" trainings.
Our commitment and strong values characterize us and have been recognized by our customers for more than 15 years!
